Payment Policy

American-Male Online Accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and Paypal.

Shipping Policy

Most orders placed before 11:00 AM will be processed and confirmed the same business day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed and confirmed by the following business day.
Any orders placed after 11:00 AM on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and confirmed the following Monday.
Business days are Monday through Friday. (Saturdays, Sundays, and Major Holidays are not included in business days)
You will receive a confirmation email with product availability after your order has been received and processed.
While we strive to maintain the most accurate online inventory, some items may be unavailable. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible. A refund for that item may have to be issued.
All orders will be mailed out within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation email.
If you chose in store pick up, please give us 48 hours to complete your order. We will notify you when your order is complete and can be picked up.
All orders are mailed using USPS. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your package. We will notify you when your order is shipping out.
We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once your package has left our store.
